Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the B2B relationship between AnyDress.ai and the business entity or individual utilizing our services. This policy is an extension of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your WordPress plugin settings by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button.
What happens when you cancel:
1. Your subscription will be marked as “Cancellation Pending.”
2. You will not be billed again.
3. Grace Period: You will retain full access to the AnyDress.ai API, your remaining Base Credits, and your Top-Up Credits until the end of your current, paid billing cycle.
4. Post-Cancellation: Once your billing cycle concludes, your API key will be deactivated. Any unused Base Credits will expire. Any unused Top-Up credits will remain tied to your inactive License Key and will become available to you again only if you choose to reactivate your subscription in the future.

2. Generation Credits

Purchased generation credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Subjective Satisfaction

We do not issue refunds or credit reinstatements based on subjective dissatisfaction with the aesthetic quality, fit, or realism of the generated Virtual Try-On or Virtual Photoshoot images. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that AI-generated imagery is provided “as is” and sales are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the computationally heavy nature of AI image generation, AnyDress.ai incurs significant server costs for every image processed. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. Subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the cycle ends.
2. Top-Up Credits: Purchases of Top-Up credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Account Deletion: No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused credits if you voluntarily delete your account.

5. Free Trials

We offer a risk-free Trial (20 Free Credits) so you can test our virtual try-on engine on your own store before committing to a paid plan. We highly encourage all users to utilize this free trial to ensure the software meets their needs prior to purchasing a subscription.

6. Account Deletion (Immediate Termination)

If you choose to use the “Delete Account” feature, your subscription will be terminated immediately, bypassing the end-of-cycle grace period. Your API access will be instantly revoked, and all remaining Base Credits and Top-Up Credits will be permanently destroyed. This action cannot be undone.
